Miami-Dade County Public Schools has partnered with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, your school-based provider, to offer FREE school-age vaccines to all students entering Kindergarten or 7th grade next fall.
The vaccine event will take place at Frank C Martin K8 on 4/26/22 from 10am-2pm
Students must have a signed consent form to receive the vaccines. Consent forms were sent home with all eligible students and will also be available at the school site on the day of the event.
